Suzuki to Shut Down Manufacturing Operations in Pakistan Again
Pak Suzuki Motor Company (PSMC) has been forced to schedule additional non-production days (NPDs) for February 2023 as a result of ongoing operational issues.
According to a recent announcement, the company will suspend manufacturing and assembly from February 13, 2023, to February 17, 2023 because of a scarcity of inventory brought on by import restrictions imposed by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).

The Company highlighted that the motorcycle production unit will remain operational and that it will communicate accordingly in case of a change in plan.

The same justifications were given last month when the corporation declared 10 non-production days (NPDs). The market share of PSMC would undoubtedly suffer as a result.
