Tender Awarded for Gulab Devi Underpass Construction in Lahore
According to the news report that was released, the municipal administration of Lahore has declared that the SARCO & SACHAL construction has been given the contract for the massive road infrastructure project of the Gulab Devi underpass.

Two building companies submitted bids for the project, according to the information provided. The SARCO & SACHAL construction firm won the tender by bidding 1% less than the expected cost, while one of these construction firms offered a financial estimate that was 0.5% less than the estimated project cost.
Estimated project costs come to PKR 1.70 billion. The winning bid will be finalised before the work order is issued. The Shakam Chowk flyover project, another massive road infrastructure project, was previously given to NLC.

Moreover, it was also underlined that the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) will issue funding in the existing fiscal year for the development of Gulab Devi underpass, Shahkam Chowk flyover, Kareem Block flyover/underpass and Sheranwala Gate flyover.
