Seven Projects to Be Achieved Through Public-Private Partnership
Lahore: The Public-Private Partnership Policy and Monitoring Board has approved the implementation of seven projects worth approximately Rs 75 billion under the PPP model.

The meeting, chaired by Minister Usman Buzdar, was briefed on the progress of the projects by the Secretary of the PPP Policy and Monitoring Board, Dr. Farrukh Naveed.
The Multan Ring Road Project and Naya Pakistan Housing Development Plan in Faisalabad will be implemented in a public-private partnership. BoR’s land on Jail Road will also be used in a public-private partnership.
Proposals for the Faisalabad-Chiniot-Sargodha dual road project have been approved along with the approval of the proposed amendment for the Lahore water meter installation project. The construction of three car parks in Rawalpindi was also approved by the council.

CM has requested to accelerate the implementation of projects in the form of PPP to complete on time. He pointed out that the duration of each phase of the project should be determined.
