UAE to Offer 100,000 Golden Visas to Tech Professionals
The top coders in the world will receive about 100,000 golden visas from the United Arab Emirates (UAE), which are long-term residency options. The change is being made as it works to become a hub for digital investments.

The nation wants to maximize the potential of the digital economy, which has grown twice as quickly as the global GDP over the last two decades, according to Omar Sultan Al Olama, Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy, and Remote Work Applications and Chairman of the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy.
He said this during the eleventh software development and artificial intelligence (AI) workshop of the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy. A number of businessmen, entrepreneurs, and industry experts were present.

Al Olama went on to say that the UAE is collaborating with interested parties to develop a clear strategy for bolstering the digital industry by ensuring that all government decisions promote innovation and business friendliness.
Software developers have flocked to Dubai as a result of its goal to become a preferred location for international digital investment. This is in line with the UAE’s intention to grant 100,000 golden visas to the best computer engineers worldwide.
