Underpass and Flyover Project to Be Completed by LDA 2023

Lahore: On Sunday, December 5, 2021, the Chief Engineer of the Lahore Development Authority (LDA), Mazhar Hussain, said that three underpass and flyover projects would be finished by February 2022.

Sheranwala Gate Flyover, Gulab Devi Underpass, and Shahkam Flyover are the three underpass and flyover projects. According to the news, all initiatives will be completed on schedule and will aid in easing traffic conditions.

Construction of the Gulab Devi Underpass is nearly finished, and it will be available to traffic on December 20. The about Rs. 5 billion Data Ganj Baksh Flyover will also be finished by the end of January. It will connect Akbari, Azam Cloth Market, Shah Alam Market, and other surrounding areas.

The cost of the Shahkam Flyover Project is 4.23 billion rupees, and it is 55% complete. It will be available to traffic by February 15, 2022. LDA launched all of these infrastructures in June.
