Unplanned Construction in Kaghan Banned by District Admin
Tuesday, according to the most recent reports, the district authorities in the Kaghan valley prohibited all unforeseen development projects.

Adnan Khan Bhittani, Deputy Commissioner, issued an order barring development in Kaghan and threatened swift action against violators. According to the district administration’s official statement, uncontrolled business and non-commercial projects are damaging the valley’s natural character and aesthetic attractiveness.
The commissioner forbade all operations unless the Kaghan Development Authority had previously issued a certificate of no objection. In accordance with the official order, offenders will be prosecuted under Section 188 of the PPC.

In addition, the deputy commissioner has issued an order forbidding the discharge of waste and the opening of sewerage lines in the rivers Kunhar, Siran, and their tributaries.
