USD 3.6 BN Inflow Target Surpassed by Roshan Digital Account
Karachi: The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has reportedly received a total of USD 3.632 billion via the Roshan Digital Account (RDA). In February 2022, USD 250 million was sent out of the total sum.

According to SBP study, inflows increased by 11% in February compared to the previous month’s total of USD 222 million. Moreover, the total number of RDA account holders has increased to 365,182 individuals. In February 2022, 6,6% more accounts were created than in January 2022.

It is important to note that the RDA program began in September 2020. Now, the project offers a variety of things to non-resident Pakistanis living abroad (NRPs). These products include Roshan Apna Ghar, Roshan Apni Car, Roshan Samaji Khidmat, and Naya Pakistan Certificates.
