Work on Nine Housing Projects Underway in KP
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government is currently working on nine distinct housing projects for government employees and the general public as part of Imran Khan’s Naya Pakistan Housing Program (NPHP).

These projects include the 8,500 Kanal NPHP housing schemes in the Surizai area of Peshawar, the 190 Kanal Mulazai housing scheme on the Warsak road in Peshawar, the Jerma Housing Scheme in Kohat, the Satellite Town, the Jalozai Housing Scheme in Nowshera, the Haveli Housing Scheme, the CPEC City, the Hangu Model Town, and the Dangram Housing Scheme in Swat.
A representative of the Housing department informed this agency that the 190 Kanal Mulazai housing schemes on Warsak road in the province capital have been handed over to allot-ees and home construction has begun.

He stated that the project was finished at a cost of Rs 164.5 million and that 144 flats were being built in Hayatabad phase-V Peshawar for government employees, while 96 flats were completed in Civil Quarters Peshawar phase-II.
Similarly, he stated that the government has bought and allocated 8,500 Kanal of land for NPHP in the Surizai region of Peshawar, for which the provincial government will construct the boundary wall and link road and the federal government will construct the grey structure.
