Work on RS. 17 billion Projects Under Way in Sialkot
Noorul Amin Mengal, secretary of local government and community development for the province of Punjab, has stated that the district of Sialkot is making rapid progress on development projects involving sewerage, water supply, solid waste management, traffic management, and park enhancements totaling Rs 17 billion.

In the committee room of the DC office, he was addressing a meeting of all stakeholders of the Punjab Intermediate Cities Improvement Project and officers of the relevant authorities.
Secretary of Local Government and Community Development in Punjab informed the gathering that, in order to expedite the completion of ongoing projects, day and night shifts would begin on August 30.

Secretary of Local Government and Community Development of Punjab stated that Nespak, PICIIP, and the building company will be compelled to seek advise from the deputy commissioner, thereby reducing completion issues.
