6 Under-Construction Apartments Sealed
The Elite Reverie Housing Scheme’s first six unfinished flats were sealed by the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) (Eighteen Islamabad).
The units were being built against the authorized layout design.
In the city, RDA is waging massive operations against infractions, illegitimate building, and land mafia.
The RDA spokesman claimed that the Building Control Wing has been actively carrying out operations against unauthorized residential and commercial buildings, including plazas, stores, and schools, as well as other unauthorized land uses, within the RDA’s controlled region in Rawalpindi

He claimed that without fear or favor, the RDA DG had ordered the building control wing to take strict action against encroachments, unlicensed and illegal buildings, and commercial activities.
He advised the populace to exercise moral restraint and get rid of any encroachments they can in order to prevent additional damage.
According to him, the property owners had illegally carried out development work in several locations without the authority’s approval of a layout plan.
