Deadline for Application for Commercial Plots In LDA City
According to an advertisement published in a national newspaper, the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has informed prospective purchasers that the deadline to submit challan and application form for commercial plots in Jinnah Sector-LDA City is approaching.

According to the information provided, online applications for commercial plots will be accepted until September 15, while the submission deadline for the challan form is September 20. Online applications can be submitted by visiting the LDA’s official website. Important details for interested applicants are as follows:
- Non-refundable application processing fees of PKR 10,000 are required for plots up to 8 acres in size. Marla’s
- A non-refundable application processing fee of PKR 15,000 is due for plots ranging in size from 8 to 15 acres. Marla’s
- For plots greater than 15 Marla’s, a nonrefundable application processing fee of PKR 20,000 is due.
- Successful applicants must provide a 20% deposit within 30 days after the balloting date.
- The remaining balance will be paid in two-year installments.
- 10% discount on one-time plot purchase payment
- Vote held for LDA City Naya Pakistan Apartments by NPHP.
The announcement further disclosed that candidates may submit multiple applications for different categories of plots. The authority has requested that candidates accelerate their submissions in order to be included on the ballot. The price per Marla is fixed at PKR 3,100,000 (including development charges).
