Islamabad: According to a news source, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has recently imposed significant levies on both commercial and residential buildings.

According to the specifics, these taxes range from PKR 24,000 for tiny properties to PKR 442,090 for larger farmhouses, depending on the kind and size of the property. A No Objection Certificate (NOC) is now required for the transfer of residential and commercial properties valued at PKR 25 million or more as a result of the FBR’s decision.
