CDA Sector C-15 Development Resumes After 7-Year Hiatus
The Capital Development Authority (CDA) in Islamabad has resumed development work in Sector C-15 after a seven-year hiatus.
The organization initiated the development of the sector last year, but it was halted shortly after. However, the CDA’s management has now decided to prioritize the development of the sector.

The Chairman of the CDA, Mr. Noor-ul-Amin Mengal, has reportedly stated that efforts will be made to develop the sector and allocate land to allottees as soon as possible.
The CDA purchased the area in 2008 based on a land-sharing strategy, and locals were granted developed plots of 1 Kanal against a 4 Kanal plot. Although the CDA allocated plots, no allotment letters were issued.

In 2016, at least 504 people were considered eligible for the Built-up Property (BuP) prize, and after providing the required information, 167 were placed on the A-list, while 337 were placed on the B-list. However, the acquisition of Dhoke Ashraf, a small area of land in this sector, has not yet been completed.
