The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement Islamabad has intensified its anti-smuggling operations, seizing 13 smuggled vehicles and a large quantity of foreign-origin goods worth more than Rs. 200 million during a series of intelligence-based raids launched since June 15, 2026.
According to an official press release, the confiscated vehicles include several high-value models such as Toyota Crown, Toyota Land Cruiser, Toyota Prius, Toyota Passo, Suzuki Alto, and heavy motorcycles. Customs officials said the combined estimated value of the seized vehicles and other smuggled goods exceeds Rs. 200 million.
As part of the crackdown, enforcement teams also carried out raids on multiple retail stores and commercial outlets suspected of selling non-duty-paid imported products.

The market value of the goods seized from retail outlets is estimated at around Rs. 15 million. Customs authorities confirmed that all recovered items have been taken into custody, and legal proceedings have been initiated in accordance with the law.
The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement Islamabad stated that intelligence-led anti-smuggling operations will continue in coordination with other law enforcement agencies as part of ongoing efforts to combat smuggling, strengthen regulatory enforcement, and protect the national economy.
