D-Mall Details Ballot Shared by DHA Peshawar
Sunday, according to a video posted on the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Peshawar administration’s Facebook page, a balloting ceremony was held for D-Mall (January 2).

During the balloting event, the guest of honor, Barrister Muhammad Mr. Ali Seth, was invited to input the ballot number. It is also reported that a computer software system was utilized to ensure the process’s openness.
According to the project specifications, D-Mall is a mixed-use development that apartments, retail, and modern office spaces will flank. The mixed-use development consists of three underground spaces, or basements. The thirteenth storey is specifically created to accommodate its residents.

The master plan for the D-Mall contains three stories of individual parking, four floors of retail space, one floor for the food court, and two floors of office space. The project also contains 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units that would improve the occupants’ living conditions. Future Vision Marketing and the DHA Peshawar management signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the construction of D-Mall.
