DHA Multan Extended Rumanza Golf Community Down Payment Last Date
According to a December post on the position’s official Facebook page, the Defense Housing Authority (DHA) Multan has extended the deadline for collecting down payments for plots offered within the Rumanza Golf Community.

The new deadline, according to the notice, is January 31. There is no indication of the previous due date for the down payment installment. In addition, DHA Multan administrators did not identify the reason for this deadline extension.
In November, Rumanza Golf Community was released, offering residential plots in the sizes of 12 Marla, 1 Kanal, and 2 Kanal, which are available on a quarterly payment plan for two years. On December 5, the authorities held the ballot to determine the successful applicants for Rumanza Golf Community.

Prior to December 26, the position organized a ceremony to hand over keys to the owners of DHA Multan Villas in fulfillment of its promise to make the housing society habitable; in fact, the expert fulfilled its promise one year before the deadline.
