MCB Sign MoU to Receive Payments via Roshan Digital Account
According to a statement on the authority’s Facebook page, the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Muslim Commercial Bank (MCB) to collect payments from non-resident Pakistanis (NRPs) via their Roshan Digital Accounts (RDA).

According to the supplied information, the deal will permit NRPs and resident members to make online payments to DHA Multan using MCB’s mobile app and web portal. The ‘Bill Payment’ feature of the application allows members to pay their dues.
In June, the administration signed a similar deal with Faysal Bank Ltd to allow NRPs to use their Roshan Digital Accounts to pay DHA Multan’s bills via the bank’s web portal and mobile app.
As part of its commitment to implement member-centric policies, the DHA Multan administration struck an agreement with Bank Al-Habib Ltd in December 2020 to offer a “Home Construction Finance Rate” to members. The participants were offered a home construction loan at a subsidised rate of 1 Year Kibor plus 1.75 percent per annum under the terms of this agreement.
