Geneva Peace Agreement Reflects Pakistan’s Commitment to Peace: Syed Sadat Hussain Shah

ISLAMABAD: President for Tourism for Interfaith Peace and Development and President of Lakeshore Club, Syed Sadat Hussain Shah, has said that the peace agreement hosted by Pakistan in Geneva is a remarkable success of the country’s peace-oriented foreign policy, effective diplomacy, and consistent efforts to promote global peace.

He congratulated Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Field Marshal General Syed Asim Munir, and the Pakistani diplomatic team on this significant achievement, expressing hope that Pakistan will continue to play an effective role in promoting global peace, interfaith harmony, and international cooperation in the future.

He stated that the agreement is not merely a diplomatic breakthrough but a practical manifestation of Pakistan’s sincere desire for peace and its commitment to fulfilling its global responsibilities. According to him, the agreement will further strengthen Pakistan’s positive image worldwide, and the international community will increasingly recognize Pakistan as a responsible, trustworthy, and effective peace-building nation.

Syed Sadat Hussain Shah further said that the easing of regional tensions would not only contribute to global peace but would also create new opportunities for trade, investment, tourism, and economic stability. He emphasized that Pakistan has consistently advocated dialogue, mutual respect, and peaceful conflict resolution, and this successful agreement is another testament to the country’s constructive role in international affairs.
