Govt Publicizes Partial Curfew and Restrictions Across Punjab
In order to reduce the prevalence rate of the third wave of COVID-19, the Punjabi government has tightened regulations throughout the province.

Mass transit, marriages, meetings both inside and outside, and other leisure activities have all been outlawed in the province as a result of the new regulations.
Moreover, no restaurant will be permitted to provide inside or outdoor dining. Yet delivery and takeout will still be available.
The economic sectors, however, are immune from these limitations provided that they strictly comply to the SOPs (SOPs).

All temples and movie theatres would continue to be closed until further orders, as per the earlier decision. Large gatherings, sporting events, and cultural activities will all continue to be suspended throughout the province, and all public and private offices will adhere to the 50% work from home policy.
Despite clever lockdowns and other restrictions, the third COVID-19 wave is raging across the province.
The government has consequently begun taking severe action against the offenders. The Lahore government has brought close to 100 cases involving SOP violations in the previous 24 hours.
