GPA Calls Members of QCCI to Invest in Gwadar
According to news reports, Naseer Khan Kashani, chairman of the Gwadar Port Authority (GPA), urged members of the Quetta Chamber of Commerce and Industry (QCCI) to invest in business enterprises in Gwadar City.

Mr. Kashani further disclosed that initiatives begun under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor in Gwadar city and other coastal districts are advancing rapidly. The chairman stated that investors from Balochistan and QCCI members will receive unique business benefits and incentives.
The chairman also highlighted the development of the Eastbay Expressway, which, according to him, is 92% complete, with the remaining construction progressing rapidly.

The members of QCCI requested specific tax benefits for investors from the chairman. The chairman stated that the government will do all necessary to assist investors in maximising their returns from CPEC projects.
He also stated that 31 berths will be constructed by the end of 2050 to facilitate increasing ship handling.
