Rawalpindi: The district administration and the Rawalpindi police worked together to reclaim commercial properties that belonged to the Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB). These properties are estimated to be worth billions of rupees.

These abandoned properties, which total more than 108 kanals of commercial land and have a cumulative value of more than PKR 4 billion, are located in Rawalpindi on Tipu Road and Hafeez Road. The news outlet stated that the reclamation procedure complied closely with rulings from the Supreme Court, guaranteeing a legitimate and orderly way to deal with the problem of illegally occupied ETPB assets.
A representative from the district administration, whose identity was withheld, emphasized that every resource at hand was enlisted to enable the lawful transfer of these business properties.
