ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) Board has approved building the largest bird aviary in the world in F-9 Park, Islamabad.
The project will house birds from all over the world and be a major tourist attraction.
A variety of bird species will use the aviary, which will cover ten acres of land, as a nesting place. The project is a component of the CDA’s continuous initiatives to support biodiversity and develop distinctive public leisure areas.

The Design, Build, Operate, and Transfer (DBOT) approach will be used to conduct an open auction process for the construction of the aviary.
