Kohat Cement’s New Plant with Production of 10,000 Tons a Day

Yet, another big operator has planned to establish a new factory in order to expand the production capacity of cement by 10,000 tonnes per day by investing an amount of roughly Rs 30 billion.
A setting that includes a 7,800–10,000 tonnes per day cement manufacturing facility, an 8–10 megawatt waste heat recovery system, and a 25 megawatt coal-fired power plant has also been given the thumbs-up by the board of directors of Kohat Cement Company.
The project’s anticipated total cost, which would be covered by a combination of loan and equity, is around Rs 30 billion, the business added in a filing with the stock exchange. In around two to two and a half years, building and plant installation are anticipated to be finished.

Additionally, it has been disclosed that the total cement dispatches for the first half of this current fiscal year were 28.6 million tons.
