KP CM Approves Pkr 2.3 Billion Uplift Projects for Swat
Mahmood Khan, the chief minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), ordered improvement projects totaling PKR 2.39 billion for the Swat district, according to news agencies.
According to reports, the recently approved uplift projects for Swat involve the construction of a rehabilitation and rescue center, upgrades to the area’s roads and infrastructure, and installation of educational facilities.
The chief minister visited PK-4 District Swat, according to the details, and announced funding for the blacktopping of the Manglawar-Malamjabba Road, the creation of a service delivery center in Charbagh, the standardization of the Government Girls High Secondary School in Manglawar, and the creation of the Charbagh Rescue Station.
At the time, he stated that similar initiatives would be announced for the newly combined districts of the former FATA in order to include more people in development and create inclusive and sustainable progress.

In a similar move, the local government and health department have been requested to pinpoint areas that need better drainage, potable water supply, and sanitary facilities.
The Project Concept-1 (PC-1) has been produced and authorized as soon as possible per instructions from the provincial administration. According to a government spokeswoman, the initiatives aim to enhance the provincial capital’s civic infrastructure and lower the incidence of water-borne illnesses.
