KP Government to Launch Two New Housing Schemes in Peshawar, Mardan
In the following two months, the Tokra-III Ring Road in Peshawar and High Rise Flats in Mardan would be introduced.

The participants were informed that the balloting for 2,510 plots under Jalozai Housing Scheme Phase-III had been completed and that progress was being made on the 150-Kanal Jalozai flats scheme.
This design comprises of 1,320 apartments for which 750 applications have been received thus far, however, the application deadline has been extended to August 31.
Both the Warsak Peshawar project with 144 apartments and the Warsak-II project with 112 apartments are prepared for launch.

The conference was informed that the master plan for the Dangram Housing Scheme in Swat has been completed and that work is currently underway on the detailed design and planning. Under the project, 836 apartments of various sizes will be built.
During the conference, it was revealed that a survey of the Surizai Housing Scheme in Peshawar, which covers an area of 8,500 Kanals, has begun. The project will consist of around 16,000 houses and apartments with gray structures.
