KP Government to Pay Rs 20.8 Billion Subsidy on Wheat
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has decided to give Rs20.8 billion in wheat subsidies during the holy month of Ramazan to make sure that people may acquire grain at lower prices than the market.
According to a formal statement, the cabinet also approved outsourcing regional blood transfusion centers to ensure safe transfusion at its meeting here on Monday, which was presided over by Chief Minister Mahmood Khan.

In order to expand operations and handle patient blood shortages, the Healthcare Foundation will implement outsourcing of centers, and banks will be operated under the public private partnership legislation.
The chief minister instructed the health department to include liver transplant, bone marrow therapy, and blood transfusion in the Sehat Card Plus Program to guarantee that patients receive free care.
