LDA Approves Commercial Property Auction in LDA City
According to news sources, Lahore Development Authority (LDA) Director General Ahmad Aziz Tarar has approved the auction of commercial properties in LDA city.

Due to a lack of funds, the municipal government has decided to auction the commercial property in LDA City in order to finance the stalled residential block construction projects. The fixed price per marla for the commercial property is PKR 3,1,000,000. Winners of the auction will have two years to pay for the commercial property.

In a separate recent event, Director-General (Urban Planning) Rana Tikka Khan approved the LDA city’s electrical supply, and it was reported that home electrification construction would shortly commence. In addition, the Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) will commence work on the green belts in the LDA city, with completion anticipated within two years.
