LDA City 3rd Ballot: Deadline Announced for Exemption Letters
The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) will hold the third ballot for residential plots in LDA City on September 4, 2021, according to an advertisement in a national newspaper.

The authority has ordered that only files with valid exemption letters provided by the LDA will be included in the vote. In this regard, applicants for an exception letter must submit their request no later than August 28.
In its advertisement, the LDA stated that no files lacking an exemption letter would be included in the balloting on September 4. Those with plot files are recommended to submit their application after contacting the plot’s developer or owner to complete the procedure on time.

People interested in purchasing plot files in LDA City were instructed to validate the “Entitlement Letter” supplied by LDA to avoid future complications. Additionally, they must determine if their exemption letter request was submitted to the LDA office prior to the third ballot.
