More Plots in Balakot City Project Demanded
Ahmad Hussain Shah, special assistant to the chief minister, has urged that the National Disaster Management Authority chairman increase the number of plots in the New Balakot City housing project in Mansehra.

Mr. Shah informed reporters that he recently led a delegation from Balakot to Islamabad, where he met with the NDMA chairman and conveyed his demands.
He stated that the survivors of the earthquake desired an early allocation of plots at the NBC housing project and an urgent restart of work on around 11,000 kanals of land.

The CM’s assistant stated that the NDMA chairman solicited the assistance of stakeholders, including local legislators, for the commencement of work and would meet with the CM on Monday to discuss the early completion of the housing project.
