NAB Summons a Laborer to Purchase 200 Imported Automobiles
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has reportedly charged Muhammad Akbar, a Karachi labourer, with money laundering.

According to the circumstances of the case, between 2016 and 2017, 200 Japanese automobiles were obtained under Akbar’s name.
On June 24, the accused was scheduled to appear before a panel of accountability for an interview, but his personal financial position precluded him from financing travel expenses.
In answer to the NAB’s summons, Muhammad Akbar told reporters that he has never been to Japan and only works as a shuttering labourer in Karachi.

Due to the fact that the accused failed to arrive for his planned session with the NAB’s investigation team, the bureau has yet to provide details regarding its future course of action.
