NASA Eyeing Construction of First Telescope on Moon’s Dark Side
In order to examine the very beginning of the universe without interference from Earth, researchers are relying on the telescope’s ultra-advanced lenses.

NASA has made a number of scholarships available to help and inspire researchers to work on various topics. One of these is to create the Lunar Crater Radio Telescope, which would be situated on the far side of the moon and would be responsible for studying radio waves coming from space.
To enable further investigation, the super-long wavelength radio telescope would gather and amplify these signals.
The research team has been given $500,000 to continue working on the notion, which would allow the lunar equipment to map messages without radio interference from our planet, even though it has not yet been publicly proclaimed by NASA.

It is anticipated to function similarly to the Arecibo telescope, which malfunctioned and was shut down in Puerto Rico in December.
Throughout the past few decades, the ground-breaking telescope generated significant astronomical discoveries, including studies of pulsars and evaluations of near-Earth objects like asteroids and comets.

Before China built the 500 metre aperture spherical radio telescope in 2016, it was the largest instrument for astronomical studies (FAST).
