Naya Pakistan Apartments’ Application Submission Deadline
According to the official Facebook page for the Lahore Development Authority (LDA), Prime Minister Imran Khan will lay the foundation stone for the LDA City Naya Pakistan Apartments project on April 9.

It’s also important to note that tomorrow is the last day for public employees to send in their applications for LDA Naya Pakistan Apartments (April 8).
The information was shared by S. M. Imran, who is the Vice Chairman of the LDA. He said again that the first phase of the project will build 4,000 apartments and that the whole project will build 35,000 apartments.

Before, LDA had asked for applications for 2,000 plots to be given to government workers. You can reserve one of these units with a 10% down payment, and the rest will be due in monthly payments after you move in.
For PKR 2.7 million, government workers can buy these 650-square-foot apartments with two bedrooms. The Naya Pakistan Housing & Development Authority will give an extra subsidy of PKR 300,000 to those who want it (NAPHDA).
