No Extension in Income Tax Return Last Date: FBR
According to news outlets, Islamabad’s Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) indicated that it has no plans to extend the deadline for filing tax reports.

As previously proposed, the deadline for filing tax returns will be September 30. The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has dismissed rumors in multiple outlets that the deadline for filing income tax returns had been extended.
According to a representative of the supreme tax authority, the FBR headquarters is not considering any suggestions in this regard.
The authority announced that a nationwide integrated advertising campaign for return submissions had commenced and will continue until September 30. A comprehensive awareness campaign utilizing electronic, print, and social media is underway and proving to be effective and uplifting.

As the findings are released, people submit their annual income tax returns in big numbers. They have urged individuals to file their annual income tax forms before to the September 30, 2021, deadline.
According to official board sources, anyone seeking clarification should call the FBR Helpline at 111-772-772 or contact their local income tax office.
