Dr. Habubur Rehman Gilani, the chairman of Pakistan Railways (PR), expressed surprise that the railways were not given ownership of numerous parcels of land for the building of a station, yards, etc., under the Gwadar district administration.

He also gave orders to the concerned top authorities to get in touch with the Gwadar government right once, claim the site, and build a wall around it. He stated that two lines will connect Gwadar to the rail network.
He stated that once the project’s feasibility assessment was finished, the project’s complete cost will become clear. The conference attendees evaluated a number of projects in the meantime and resolved to send show-cause letters to the authorities for their carelessness in obtaining the property in Gwadar.
