ISLAMABAD, September 20, 2022- The management of Park View City has announced the 2nd balloting of Overseas Block in the society.
The second balloting date for the Overseas Block has been announced by Park View City Islamabad. The balloting ceremony will take place in October. The PVC administration will soon publish the exact and confirmed date. One of the housing society’s promising blocks is the Overseas Block of Park View City. It provides affordable residential and commercial plots. The residential property sizes in this block are 5, 10, and 1 Kanal, while the commercial plot sizes are 5 Marla. The investors who were unable to participate in the initial balloting would all be included. The balloting would comprise the investors who have made 50% of the installment payments. There would be a 10% reduction offered to those who would pay the past-due installments. Furthermore, if investors paid in 100% payments, at least 1000 would be handed possession of the plots.
