PM Discusses Ravi City, and Different Projects
According to press reports, Imran Khan hosted a conference in Islamabad to discuss the development of the Ravi Urban City and Business District projects.

During the discussion, it was disclosed that development work on Sapphire Bay will commence following the conclusion of the contract. The Judicial Water Commission ordered the Environmental Protection Agency to expedite the Ravi Urban City project approval process.
According to sources, a board for the project has been constituted with the participation of Frontier Works Organization (FWO) and Nespak. The board will finalise the design, and development will commence the following week.

During the meeting, the Prime Minister delivered an update on the utilisation of innovative technology to tackle water constraint. He ordered the creation of a strategy for the establishment of a wastewater treatment plant to supply clean water for both agricultural and urban needs.
In addition, three Water and Sanitation Authority (WASA) water facilities would be relocated to Ravi City.
