PM Reveals Launching Date for Kamyab Pakistan Programme
According to news reports, the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan, will launch the Kamyab Pakistan Programme in Rawalpindi on August 9, 2021, in an effort to provide opportunities for less fortunate sections of society.

During the closing ceremony of the three-day Interior, Construction, Electrical and Electronics Expo (ICEE) held by the Rawalpindi Chamber of Conference and Industries (RCCI) at the Pak-China Friendship Centre in Rawalpindi, the prime minister made this announcement. Together with the Naya Pakistan Housing and Development Authority (NAPHDA), the exhibition promoted the housing sector and construction industry.
Under the program, each member of a disadvantaged family would receive vocational training, an interest-free loan for the construction of a home, and health card treatment services of up to one million Pakistani Rupees.
In addition, the prime minister emphasized, in outlining the policy’s parameters, that the fundamental purpose is to bring as many people as possible out of poverty and develop wealth through sustainable methods and export-oriented industry promotion.

In addition, he asserted that the government has implemented low-cost house financing to provide low-interest loans to stimulate the construction industry, and that interest rates have been capped between 3 and 5 percent to assist middle- to low-income classes. In addition, he stressed the government’s efforts to mitigate the effects of global warming through the Billion Tree Tsunami initiative and planting campaign.
