Power Grid Station & Gas Pipeline to Faisalabad Industrial Zone
Allama Iqbal Industrial City in Gwadar has been supplied with a 132KV grid station and a gas supply line. These facilities were opened by Hammad Azhar, the federal minister of energy.

At the opening ceremony, the Chief Executive Officer of Faisalabad Electric Supply Company, Engineer Bashir Ahmad, said that Rs.600 million had been invested on the grid station at (M3) industrial Estate. Mr. Zafar Iqbal, chairman of FIEDMC, is optimistic about the construction of new grid stations. More connections from electricity grid stations and gas pipelines will be made available to domestic and international enterprises. Chairman of the Pakistan Textile Processing Mills Association, Mr. Hafiz Ehtisham Javed, was joined by investors, government officials, and businesspeople.
