Punjab Government Introduces ‘Service at Your Doorstep’ Program
The Punjabi government has started a new social initiative dubbed “Service at Your Doorstep” to arrange cleaning campaigns throughout the province over the course of three weeks.

The new initiative would be launched in the coming days, according to Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar and Minister for Law and Cooperatives Raja Basharat.
In a statement about the new initiative, Basharat explained that “under this three-week programme, not only would the highest standard of cleanliness be established in the streets and Mohallahs, but the citizens would also be able to upload complaints about the cleanliness of their area on the “Khidmat App” from their homes without any delay.”
He said that following the program’s launch, a continuing series of measures would be prioritized to clear debris using solid waste management, fix street lights, and mostly do away with wall chalking.

Additionally, manholes, sewage drains, and public restrooms will be cleaned. Additionally, government buildings will be painted white, and parks and greenbelts will be made more attractive.
