Punjab Have 8,000 Revenue Centers Digital Girdawari System
According to news sources, Usman Buzdar, chief minister of Punjab, has announced that the number of revenue centres will expand to 8,000 during the current fiscal year (FY 2021-22). The chief minister announced that a computerised girdawari system has been implemented to accurately measure the crop yield.

CM Buzdar announced to the media that all e-Khidmat centres and sub registrars offices in the province offer mutation of property services and a single-window registration facility. It was also mentioned that Revenue Khidmat Kutcheries were striving to resolve the issues and complaints of the populace in order to offer them with relief.
In addition, district gazetteers were created to collect succinct and current data on all districts. To assist residents of rural areas, mobile centres providing revenue services were established. The prime minister stated that the tax court case management system was efficiently and fairly resolving issues.

In addition, CM Buzdar said that 180,000 acres of land valued at PKR 462 billion had been reclaimed from unlawful occupation, of which 176,000 acres were in rural regions and 4,056 acres were in urban areas. He noted that the land consolidation was accomplished using GPS-based satellite technologies and information technology.
