Rudn Enclave Has Announced Executive Block Balloting
ISLAMABAD, September 08, 2022- The management of Rudn Enclave has announced the balloting of executive block in the society.
Rudn Enclave is going to announce the balloting date and requirements for Executive Block files. The balloting will not contain open files, but closed or transferred files will be eligible for inclusion in the balloting. In order to give everyone an equitable opportunity to reserve a plot and pay the installment amount in advance to receive a plot number, the deadline for participation in the ballot may be October 31.This year’s balloting will likely take place in November or December. The ballot will contain all acceptable files that are 7 marla, 10 marla, and 1 kanal i n size. 2000 to 2500 plots are anticipated in this ballot. In the case of older files booked at pre-launch rates, eligibility requirements may include a minimum 50% amount paid for files, while new bookings could be included at less paid amounts. Plot selection will be allowed for those who reserved them with a 50% or 100% upfront payment before the general ballot. 14 marla and 2 kanal plots will not be included in this ballot, according to official sources. The society might, however, publish an updated master-plan map of the Executive block that shows the locations of various plot categories.
