SBP Launches Dedicated Website for Construction Finance
SBP has launched a landing page on its website to promote housing and construction finance. Mera Pakistan Mera Ghar (MPMG) is the government’s flagship markup subsidy scheme for affordable and low-cost housing finance.

The MPMG page provides comprehensive information about the programme, including eligibility requirements, the loan term, the maximum loan amount, markup rates to be charged, the maximum list of required documents, and the government subsidy.
Through this page, prospective borrowers can also access the websites of participating banks containing loan application forms for various categories. On this page, you can also find a repayment schedule and an instalment calculator for the loans.
