An official update states that the representatives of the political parties will congregate in sector G11 and proceed in procession to the press club in the F6 Super Market. According to sources, the regions around Super Markets, Jinnah Avenue, and the Srinagar Highway are the ones most prone to traffic bottlenecks.

The ICT Police in Islamabad has not yet issued a formal directive in this regard. Nonetheless, sources with knowledge of the situation have urged the public to refrain from unnecessary travel to or within the aforementioned places.
Bhara Kahu Fiasco
Another incident with a girder collapsing during installation and stopping traffic on both sides was reported yesterday on Islamabad’s Bhara Kahu flyover, which is still under construction. Luckily, nobody was killed in the incident.
In just a week, there had already been two catastrophic failures. In the first, the flyover’s shuttering and scaffolding fell, killing 2 workers and wounding 3 more.
