Suzuki has reintroduced the Swift Sport nameplate in Japan, but instead of launching a new high-performance model, the company has unveiled an official styling package for the latest-generation Swift.
The package was developed by Japanese supplier AWIN and is available through Suzuki’s Select Plus accessories catalog. It is based on the Swift Aero Concept showcased at the MFF2026 Swift Owners Meeting and draws inspiration from the rally-themed Swift Champions Concept revealed in early 2025.
Following positive feedback from customers, Suzuki approved the styling package for commercial production. The kit gives the standard Swift a more aggressive look with a three-piece aerodynamic body kit finished in Super Black Pearl. It includes a front spoiler, side skirts, a rear bumper extension, and a Suzuki Sport emblem.
Customers can further personalize the hatchback with optional accessories, including black alloy wheels, a black front grille, hood graphics, carbon-look mirror caps, stainless steel sport pedals, and door handle protectors.
According to Suzuki, the aerodynamic package lowers the vehicle’s ground clearance by 27 mm at the front and 40 mm at the rear, creating a sportier stance without altering the car’s core mechanical setup.
While the exterior receives a significant visual upgrade, the package does not include any engine or suspension enhancements. The Swift continues to be powered by Suzuki’s 1.2-liter naturally aspirated three-cylinder mild-hybrid engine, producing 81 horsepower and 112 Nm of torque.
The engine is offered with either a five-speed manual transmission or a continuously variable transmission (CVT). Buyers can also choose Suzuki’s ALLGRIP AUTO all-wheel-drive system, which improves traction on slippery surfaces such as wet or snow-covered roads.
Although enthusiasts may have hoped for the return of a true performance-oriented Swift Sport, the latest offering focuses solely on enhancing the hatchback’s styling while retaining the existing powertrain.
