Chairman of Tourism for Interfaith Peace and Development, Syed Sadat Hussain Shah, while addressing a solemn ceremony in Islamabad on the occasion of World Peace Day has said that for Pakistan to attain development and prosperity, the unity of all religions is essential.

Pakistani peace seekers are an example of love and solidarity and are lighting the candle of peace around the world with their hard work. Chairman United Church of the Buliword Pastor Asad Salamat, Mubasher Akash Gill, TIP officials Azim Awan, Huma Babar and other members participated. Syed Sadat Hussain Shah said in his speech that the International Day of Peace requires that we as patriotic Pakistanis fulfill our duties as ambassadors of peace through our words and actions at the international level. He said that all the minorities in Pakistan have full religious freedom and from the establishment of Pakistan to the process of stabilization of Pakistan, all the minorities living in Pakistan have developed the country and the nation under the spirit of national service.
Syed Sadat Hussain Shah said that the Organization of Culture for Interfaith Peace and Development will play its full role in the protection of historical and cultural places of all religions and the promotion of religious tourism in Pakistan. on this occasion, Azeem Awan and Huma Babar also spoke and appreciated the efforts of Syed Sadat Hussain Shah for taking practical steps to promote religious tourism
