Tajikistan Business Community Invited to Invest in Pakistan
According to news sources, Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan urged Tajikistan’s business community and businessmen to invest in Pakistan.

During his two-day Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) investment tour, the premier made these statements while addressing the Joint Business Forum in Dushanbe. In addition, he informed the investors that all facilities and a business-friendly atmosphere would be made available to promote their operations in Pakistan.
PM Khan also noted that Pakistan desires to expedite the development of the CASA-1000 low-cost electricity plant, which will assist in balancing the country’s energy demand and supply.
On this occasion, the prime minister also met with the heads of state attending the 20th summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and expressed Pakistan’s desire to expand ties with Central Asian nations. Countries and the region would benefit from the increased corporation.

During the conference, Khan also met with Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to discuss the expansion of bilateral trade in various industries. In addition, he emphasized the significance of the Trans-Afghan Railway Project, which connects Termez, Mazar-e-Sharif, Kabul, Jalalabad, and Peshawar. He also extended an invitation to Kazakhstan’s President Tokayev to visit Pakistan.
