Third Ballot for LDA City Files to Be Held in September
According to news sources, the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has decided to hold the third draw of LDA City files on September 4, 2021, in order to assign plot numbers to file holders. The authority has chosen to only include file holders with LDA Exemption Letters.

In addition, buyers who have not yet secured a letter of exemption from the municipal authorities for their LDA City files must do so prior to the third draw. In this regard, the development authority has set August 28, 2021 as the deadline for the submission of exemption letter applications.

In addition, the LDA has requested that file holders contact their respective development partners or property owners to obtain the authority’s letter.
Additionally, the government has advised anyone interested in purchasing a plot file for LDA projects to examine the legitimacy of their entitlement documentation prior to purchase.
