Turkish Actors Raise $6 Billion for Earthquake Affecters
Almost $6.1 billion was raised through a coordinated fundraising effort involving eight major TV stations and various Turkish celebrities to aid the victims of the recent earthquake.

The relief effort, named Turkey One Heart, was launched by numerous Turkish television and radio stations in response to the disaster, with millions of people from Turkey and other nations contributing to the cause. The fundraiser, which lasted for seven hours, was hosted by popular Turkish TV personalities, including Nihat Hatipoglu, Pelin Cift, former model Ala Ikel, media mogul Acun Ilcal, and others, as reported by Daily Sabah.

The massive fundraising initiative aimed to assist tens of thousands of earthquake survivors, including children, adults, corporations, religious organizations, private organizations, and labor unions.
