Uplift Work to Be Started in E-12/4 Sector: CDA
Thursday, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) reportedly solicited bids for the commencement of civil construction in Sector E-12/4 in Islamabad (March 3).

According to the papers, the authority received the lowest proposal of PKR 289.805 million. It was reported that a total of five contractors participated in the bidding procedure. The upcoming development projects include water supply, the construction of linking roads, including major highways, drainage, street lighting, a sewerage network, and other uplift works.
According to reports, development work in several districts of Islamabad has been delayed for a considerable amount of time. All sectors are currently undergoing revitalization thanks to the efforts of CDA management.

In addition, the CDA board authorized the distribution of land in Islamabad to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and two colleges.
