The “keep messages” feature empowers users to selectively retain certain messages from vanishing. This feature is already available on the mobile apps and the Desktop Electron version of WhatsApp. Users can simply select the “keep” option within the message menu to preserve specific messages. These retained messages will be conveniently listed in the chat info screen for easy access. However, users retain control over which messages they choose to keep or let disappear using the “upkeep” option.
Additionally, a new feature has been introduced, allowing users to swiftly send reactions. The redesigned menu now incorporates a reactions bar, enhancing the user interface and simplifying the expression of reactions to messages.
